What have merits been like for everyone this season?

I’ve heard from several peers at different companies across several industries that there’s have been around 2% which is lower than expected.

I thought the average merit budget increased this year which made me believe merits would be over 3%.

How is CG (consulting group) in Iqvia differs than other groups?
Does they have better pay than others at same level?
What position to join with 7 yrs of ex. Is grade 140 appropriate for 7 yrs of ex?
