What is JPMC equivalent hierarchy at Bank of America? I am a CA with 7 years of post qualification experience in Finance. BOA is offering me Manager(Band 6) is this in line with AVP at JPMC?

For those with, or working on, Masters degrees, what major did you pick? I’m on my second semester of Music Ed, which is what my undergrad is in. Did you do music for both or something different?

Why if you are on H1B is so much problematic for vendors looking for contractors ? Vendors keep on asking to join on W2 rather that Corp to Corp although for employees on H1B we cannot join on W2 due to immigration issues. Point being does it matter for end client , if the contractor is coming as W2 or not ?
