Don’t want to get into why, but been struggling hard mentally recently. Only time I can get some peace in my mind is when I nap/sleep.

Is it normal for senior managers to ask you to cancel leaves or to nit apply leaves in EY GDS? My manager told in all hands meeting yesterday to not apply leaves during tear end. Won’t this become a hr issue?

Hoping for a bump at next review. Should I mention it now? Will either kick epic ass or fail massively in the next few months.

Has anyone considered shifting from consulting to teaching? Doing PhD from top IIMs and working as faculty?

What certifications can I earn to increase my market value coming out of college? I’m graduating with a marketing and digital applications co-major and I have 2 HubSpot certs (Digital Advertising and Social Media Marketing) + relevant internships. I’m just trying really hard to get over 50K in Indianapolis (I sincerely can’t afford to accept anything lower) and being a new grad seems to REALLY be working against me no matter what I do. Help :(

Finally hit my breaking point. Been nothing but irritable & pissed off these past few weeks. Coach asked me on Friday when I’ll be taking time off & I just broke down. I’m a top performer & a workhorse. I’ve put so much effort into making sure my team is okay I forgot about myself. Now I am buried in work, performance is dropping & I can’t stop crying randomly. I have been interviewed by QBurst and cleared 2 rounds and next will be managerial(todays from now) then a HR round.

I have, 2 YEO in NodeJs & Golang.
Current package is 4.2LPA

I've asked them for 10LPA at the beginning of the whole process. The hiring HR has told they'll try to make as best as they can, but cannot confirm my expectation.
