I had my HR discussion this week and they are not offering more than 16 LPA fixed.

Tech: SAP ABAP
YOE: 5.3
CCTC: 12 LPA

What happens to remaining paid leaves and sick leaves after year end, that is 31st Dec. Do they lapse or get added to next year's leaves or is it compensated?

Been welding for my company for 13+ yrs and I think it’s time for a change. The culture has completely changed and became toxic.
