Been looking for a Human Resources Assistant/ Coordinating Position. I'm currently working as a part time Hr Assistant/Coordinator and part time Assistant Manager at my job. I've been applying for a few months for a full time HR Assistant/ HR Coordinator role and have had a few interviews. I have mainly been using indeed and LinkedIn to apply for jobs and I live in New Jersey. What advice can you give? What job boards do you think are best? I have my updated resume and cover letter if necessary.

I’m not sure what to do think. We were informed our managers (Hr manager, site manager, VP of Ops) all have on site mentors and coaches. Everyone on site was notified of this change also our corporate leaders are here for 2 weeks. Currently it’s very messy for the rest of us, our managers tell us not to talk to their mentor even though everyone is in the same building. Is this a bad sign for our management ?
