I cleared technical and managerial rounds for the role of Technical Program Manager at Infosys a month back; HRs sent an email asking for the details which I provided them on the same day.
I am yet to hear back from them, it has been over 3 weeks.I have sent a couple of follow-up emails but there wasn't any response

I am currently serving notice period and 30th sept 2022 is my LWD.
Role : Java App Support Analyst
Tech stack : Java,Linux,SQL,ITIL, Jenkins
Current CTC : 5.7LPA
I have offer from Marsh : 14.LPA fixed + 10% variable
BOA is offering 13.5 LPA Fixed+ 1.5 JB
However, BOA is giving DOJ as 7 Novemeber.
I am looking for your suggestions which one to join. Kindly help.

Depends on what they role is. There are many womens groups for specific roles / industries. I would try posting the opening / getting the word out through those groups.
Experienced or EL? I feel like accounting is mostly female- shouldn’t be too difficult
You can target female focused professional groups based on their skill set, add the top 500 female names to your Boolean, ask for referrals especially from female members of the team, if you use a natural language search add some words that are used more by females (you can find a list on google).
Forte Foundation has professional women in business /
Might be a good place to target.
