Why do people think years of experience equates to a title or salary? That’s the most account thing I’ve ever seen. Does anybody care about the work anymore?

Less than 1 YOE out of undergrad prepping for upcoming MBB interview. Is it ok to use stories from college for leadership related behavioral questions? Given that I have no experience managing others so far in my current job as a junior consultant

Got an offer to join MBB. I have an advanced degree from a prestigious program. It's been 6 years since my undergrad and no one asked about my GPA, which is low. 4 years of work exp - most at a big4.

Should I be worried about background check? I never lied just didn't volunteer my undergrad GPA as I've been out of school for a while. I have a good reason for the low GPA if asked.

I'm one week in my first project and I already know it's not my cup of tea - how long do I have to stay on before it's acceptable / reasonable to roll off?

Have a few upcoming practice interviews with McK people - and have done a fair amount of case prep but still nervous and wanting to impress (especially since they’re all EM+). I think overall I’m better at candidate led due to mainly practicing those, and I understand the actual fundamentals don’t change style to style, but outside of repping McK cases is there anything anyone found particularly useful when practicing those types of cases that they might recommend to me?
