Mine happens at least once a month and it’s because my manager will only review things the night before they’re presented/delivered. They always makes a big fuss for hours about how shitty it is, and then change like 10 words and think they’ve saved the day.

How do you call out a senior team for stealing your idea that you presented and wrote months after the project is done? I don’t want to be a dick, but these people are acting like they helped on something they didn’t help on, and I can’t wrap my head around ever doing something like that. I know getting credit for your work is important, how do you protect it from more senior teams? Do I just ask them why they’re doing it?
