The founder of C3.ai (Tom Seibel) knows how to build successful businesses. He sold his last public company to Oracle, and would not be surprised if this gets bought out eventually.

like

Going in on C3.AI as a value stock. See a lot of growth potential. They also have strong partnerships

like

Yes. Getting in on Airbnb for sure.

Thoughts on C3.ai?

Will listen

When is the IPO for C3.ai?

What do you think is a record time for a beginner to sell their first home? I just started in the company and I was lucky that the people I took as my first clients were the people I worked for as a nanny for their children. I made the sale 3 days after starting in the agency, and everyone congratulated me. I think I broke a national record.

Hey there! really need a change in pace from being in higher levels of care, and am wanting to go part-time with my company and private practice, but I want to buy a house in the next year and am worried about finances. Can anyone speak to the hardships or successes or a counseling of practice and/or buying a home shortly after starting one? I feel trapped in my current job because I’m worried the timing isn’t right.

If I see one more article on how millennials are ruining the economy or housing market by not buying enough homes or selling enough homes I'm going to scream. We were saving for 3 years before Covid and had to use a solid chunk to take care of ourselves and our families during quarantine. Now that we're ready to save again inflation and COL are at an all-time high and we're headed into a recession. And somehow this is my fault for what...not being a boomer? Bffr.

I’m a true solo who just started my practice two months ago. I was just offered a position at a midsize firm making $85k with health and dental. Also possibility of paying off my student loans. I stopped contributing to my 401K for the last three months in order to pay off credit card debt. I am 28 and have about 68K in my 401K. Was this a smart decision? I want to get out of debt as quickly as possible and I have no student loans or car debt.

What are your strategies for completing work efficiently? How do you figure out how long projects should take? A consistent piece of feedback on my yearly reviews has been that I over-bill & spend too much time on assignments. It’s something I actively work on, but I still have no concrete sense of how long I should spend on basic tasks (e.g., drafting a motion to dismiss). My firm is right to expect that I manage my time better as a mid-level associate. WFH has made my time management worse.
