I have an offer with Capita plc for 22 LPA for 5 yoe.
It's complete WFH.
Tech stack is spring boot and microservices.
Is it a product based company or a service based company?
How wlb will be in Capita plc?
I have been offered 6A band as senior software engineer, so is 22LPA fair compensation?
Thanks in advance.

Definitely don’t expect 20% When I went from C TO SC last year, I got a 8% and was still underpaid. I asked the partner if something could be done but they said I was already at the top of the pay scale. I left and got a 40% raise
Got 20%+ raise from C to SC last year
What service line? Consulting or advisory?
27% raise upon promotion to manager
I got 15% last year. What are you hoping to make Op
DD 1 did you do a similar move? C to SC?
I’m in the low band of C and need almost 20%+ to make it to what I’ve heard is the low band of SC, haven’t heard that % as possible but wasn’t sure if a good rating and a promotion would help
BA1, the thing is with a 20% raise I’d be on the bottom end of the SC range...idk how a PPD could say something similar...
D1 what was your rating? And if you don’t mind can you share the base salary one year to the next?
@Op yes I was in the exact same situation as you C to SC, early promo, 2 rating, and with bonus got 26% total last year and am now in the lower end of the SC pay band. Was hoping to make 100k plus and that happened but still need to catch up
DD1 was that all base salary?
No base plus bonus, base was 16% bonus was 10%
What is the low band of SC? I'm a current C promoting to SC this year and hoping I'm not in the same situation.
Low band of SC commercial is 100-110k
C1 what’s your current?
