What is the L7 S&C UK salary band / for L9’s on 53k what increase can you expect now for promo? Glassdoor seems to have a big range and might not reflect it now being a smaller % raise at promo (assuming it’s the same as the new L9’s getting less)

I am much stressed.. it’s only been 5 months to join Capgemini. I joined in as cyber security consultant with good package.
However, the work I do the tricks, logics and solutions I share with team to apply in the project… all are of no use when discussed with the architect guy. The whole team rely upon the wordings/solutions suggested by him only. It feels like my skill/knowledge and experience is of no use.

What’s the base for CL8 (CDO)? Glassdoor doesn’t seem accurate, as it pegs CL8 at 56k. Currently a CL9, on 52.5 in London. Promoted from CL10 last year too, so still a fairly new CL9.

I survived the cull and consider myself lucky for that.
