Just wanted to know what kind of project proposals you are getting. Could you please share your experience so far.
Are you getting irrelevant projects?

Curious as well.
I just graduated and am two months into my job. Although my team is great, given the firms unprecedented move to layoff 20% of their company, I find no comfort in taking that risk to work for them anymore (I also get paid below market). I want to apply to jobs, however, because I wouldn’t necessarily be a campus hire since I already graduated, I would have to be a lateral/experienced hire. Yet, do I even qualify as an experienced hire if I have ONLY TWO MONTHS EXPERIENCE 😭? I’ll take any insight if anyone has any. Thinking of just roughing it out for at least a year or two so I can build some credibility. I mean, my college resume is damn near perfect. So many internships at big names, 4.0 GPA, STEM, hella leadership and volunteering, founder of shit, you know, type A personality. But does that even matter anymore since I now graduated? Is it even possible to move firms so early in my career??
This is good information. Thanks!!
Interested as well…

I’d think 3 is good. No different to listing an internship which is normal. I wouldn’t list it though if you’ve got 10+ yoe. Only exception would be an MBA internship, and that’s only if the internship is in a different field that what you previously worked in (ex: working in consulting pre MBA but got a banking internship)
Not sure if this is in the context of a resume or LinkedIn, but if the experience there was valuable, you can simply exclude the months and leave the year.
