How do I invest in ETHOS?

Hi all. I am trying to determine if I am being compensated fairly. I am a tax manager (about to start my second year as manager) and have been with EY since staff 1. I was promoted to manager in June 2020 (during covid) and received a 7.5% raise. The class above me has mentioned they received much higher raises during their promotion years. My base salary is now approx. 97K. Any insights would be extremely helpful. Thanks!

Thanks for the advice folks. We also went with the X5 45e, so glad you like it. Supposedly it arrives soon, but the delay is the price of being crazy enough to purchase a new car right now.

I have taken the various hybrid tax credits 5 times over 10 years. We currently own two PHEVs. However never dealt with your issue of filing separately. I would have just one of you take the full credit. I don’t think there’s a way to split it. As long as you are both names on the sales slip, title and registration, I don’t think order matters.

I have a 2017 Chevy Volt and. 21 BMW X5 45e. I previously had an earlier model Volt and a BMW 530e. Before that I had a Civic Hybrid (not plug in). My wife loves the volt and is disappointed it isn’t made anymore. 50 mile range makes it almost a pure electric in everyday use. I love the X5. It’s powerful, fast and roomy. More luxurious than a Tesla and no range limitations. My mileage is about 2/3 electric but most of my gas use was on a road trip. The 530 trunk is too small and the range just improves gas mileage, it’s too small to use just on battery. I’m hoping my next car will be a pure EV but I’m holding out for 400 mile range and not a Tesla.
Thanks, you may want to consider the MachE. I test drove one and really liked it.

I’ve heard great things about the MachE. It’s in my list when we replace our Volt. I heard there’s a waiting list for them now.
