Actually negotiate! I’ve seen too many people - women especially - who ask for almost nothing after the offer.
Know the salary range of the position you’re interviewing for, and know your state’s laws regarding salary history. If an employer can’t ask or verify how much you’re currently making, that means that the new salary you get will be based more on your current title, credentials, how well you interview, your ask, and the pay band of the new position. Be confident in the interview and when asked “how much are you looking to make?”, then make an ask that’s toward the top of the range, if you feel like you can justify it
