What is the notice period if we are probation?

I put my resignation and my boss is offering relocation to Glasgow, Scotland and 40K pound.

We are family of two
1) Should i accept this?
2) Is 40k GBP sufficient and good enough in Glasgow City?

New offer at local Indian company 22LPA

Been working at a startup law firm doing transactional work and recently the partner of another firm doing private defense litigation has attempted to scalp me with a base pay well above my current. The role is in FinTech
I’m responsible for strategy, comms and key partnerships for a bank product. It reports through Customer Experience but touches product, Ops. marketing. It’s basically a Project Manager role but more nuanced.
