What is the probability for not receiving an unconditional offer letter until day before joining ? Based on you experience, what is the process once bgv is complete to 100%?
In my case, my bgv is 100% but HR is saying they still haven’t got approval from UK team to release unconditional offer. Is there something to worry ?

I have been taking 20 mg xr in the morning but have a terrible crash around 2/3pm each day where I just get very very tired.
