80% however utilization at the manager+ level isn’t a fair representation of how much you work as a lot of your time is non-billable tasks.

Agree and due to no chargeable work the utilization should be lower unless you are talking about adjusted utilization

Damn that’s high for managers.

How is utilization measured?

Billable hours divided by total hours for year (52x40 =2,080 years)

Had an interview today, for RN OnCall position. This is an extremely difficult position, but I bring not only a preference to work the hours they need but the experience and credentials to qualify for the upper range of the salary (RN, MSN, CHPN, 5 years hospice experience). I asked for the range and he gave the range then immediately stated that I would qualify for mid range. My goal is to find a similar position to the one I’m working now and add 20-30% to my income, the high range would meet
