Please evaluate this initial offer for Apple ICT3. I think I was low balled, but I want to take more opinions. Currently Sr. MTS at VMware, received Apple ICT3. I was expecting to get to ICT4 but seems like team thinks upper end of ICT3 is more apt. Also, I think it is because I don’t have any counter offers yet.

I have joined ACTI a month back in Kolkata in L9. I wanted to opt for Company Car Lease policy just to save TAX but finding it too complicated.
I had raised queries to payrole and they have replied with a suggestion to think twice before opting for this benifit.

You have posted some wrong snapshot.
How come your yearly package is 47k?
The allowances are edited to zero....
And, for your fixed component you have to exclude
Employer PF, Employee PF, Professional Tax from your Fixed Pay then you will get in-hand before tax deduction.
Total Variable pay expect hardly 50k yearly in Accenture that too in 2 parts unless you get promotion or top performer rank

We have to enter our fix pay and date of joining under the upper portion of the excel sheet after that the salary structure will change as per the fix pay.
Need explanation on this ??
