Prices will not go down in the near future, that is a fast growing area. Jordan ram has itself is an upscale neighborhood but there are some more budget friendly homes around the Jordan ranch area that are outside of the neighborhood itself. Ofcourse you would miss out on the amenities that Jordan ranch offers.
My thought is that it’s out in the middle of effing nowhere
That’s one of another concerns. What are other areas one can aim for?
They are still building so the existing home prices are largely flat over the last 3 years, given the supply of new homes. Not a ton of shops/food, but they are starting to build in the area. Commute to downtown is rough, about 1:15 each way using the express lanes.
It’s Johnson Development that’s the developer. They are known for some of the best communities in Houston.
Fulshear will be fluffed out. It has to based on how many people are moving there to be on Katy outskirts.
Doubtful the price will decrease but choose your builder of choice wisely.
DM me.
Prices are going to go up
Fulshear is rapidly developing, they’re building a new town center expected to be completed next year. I don’t think prices will go down but I do know that the new construction builders are offering some pretty sweet incentives right now. If the commute/location works for you, I would say pick the right builder and go for it. CCR is another good community to explore
