I’m currently a consultant in the financial services space and have 2 years of experience.I am looking to exit and really interested in CRE but don’t want to start at an entry level position or take a pay cut. Need advice and pep talk because I’m certain I have chronic imposter syndrome :( Background on me, I have about 6 years of work experience post college but have gone through many companies because of layoffs and/or reorgs.
