Hi. I'm a final year btech student, and I recently got an offer from PwC India for the post of Sr. Analyst, with the package of 4.5lpa fixed + some yearly performance bonus. How should I expect me to be my career graph in pwc? Promotions, work culture, work life balance, basically any kind of insight will be appreciated.
THANKS A TON, IN ADVANCE.

The only downside with Fed compliance jobs is that you have to work on Fed compliance 🙃
Is intl tax compliance very different? Why u hate fed compliance? I heard provision + compliance is the way to exit to industry.
If you’re strictly talking about the number of exit ops, yes, corp will have more
can u give some examples of the good exit ops outside PA? Does this beyond going to in house role as intl tax manager? Cuz those roles i feel more toward its compliance experience (provision + compliance).
True
With tax reform, there’s lots of job security in international tax
True!
Guys, I am a CPA. Want to find out if i specialize in Intl tax compliance on large Corp will pigeon hole myself in future career development. I don’t see myself working on tax advisory for my entire career.
Were you in a national tax practice? I was in AWM and did compliance work mostly and I didn’t get to work on writing tax memos a lot. There’s a lot of openings out there for people with tax provision experiences. As someone who did pship compliance, my only exit opp was limited to tax jobs at PE firms. I’m thinking about going back to B4 in the national practice. What else didn’t you like about it?
