A great boss is also a great leader. They inspire you to be the best version of yourself. They know you personally and know what you need to be successful - but they also know how you individually define success. They lead by example. They have a vision but also humility. They help you and your people get to that vision. They are someone who treats people around them with dignity and respect. And overall they’re someone you’d want to both grab a cup of coffee with and also want to constantly learn from.

Hi, I got an offer letter from oracle as software engineer. Offered package was 17.91LPA including pf (17 fixed )

My YOE: 3.6.

CCTC: 10.5

Tech Stack: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices.

I already have an offer of 19LPA(16 fixed + pf + 2.4 variable + 2 JB).

Can i show this to oracle to revise my compensation?? will they consider it??
