Thoughts on the delivery manager role? How is this perceived in the org?

What’s the general base salary for a Sr. Programmatic trader(>3 YOE) in a city like Chicago? I’m talking to trade desk in particular about this role. They mentioned they have a 70/30 comp split and commission is uncapped. Also, can somebody explain me how these commissions are distributed. Let’s say my team(6 folks) brought in $1M incremental, how’s that divided? I’m new to this comp structure and pre sales in general.The Trade Desk

3rd year in Big Law. In the final round of an interview where the total comp is still well over 200k. My firm doesn’t pay market now so it’s not a huge cut. Has anyone had experience in both the nonprofit and corporate sectors? Most of my experience in college was with nonprofits but I’m currently working in corporate retail.
