Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

Good = mentor/coach
Bad = insecure dictator
A good Manager is someone who can take criticism and not let it effect their mental health. It’s taken me a while to realize this myself and once I did I got better.
A good manager listens and helps employees thrive in the role. Lately, I’ve shown a sign of burn out and I snapped at my supervisor for pointing out lack of progress on a project that I was not the lead. I communicated my workload and frustration. Essentially, asking him to move me out of my current position if I’m not performing as expected. My supervisor called me right away and apologized for the miscommunication. We had a long conversation and he said he wanted to help me love my job again. I feel better about the situation. And this kinds of leadership is what I will always remember and want to replicate when I lead a team. It takes a lot to lead a team. I’m so super impressed at how my supervisor handles the situation.
A good supervisor is someone who can lead. Someone who has goals and steps on achieving those goals. Also doesn’t take suggestions as an attack but as a way to help.
Great leaders are empathetic, hands off, and mentors. People you aspire to be like.
Bad leaders are control-oriented, neglect asking about your goals, and don’t share high level information on the company’s goals
