What should a senior associate be making in a VHCOL city working with HNW and UHNW clients at a very boutique firm?

Nyc based. Is it at all possible to make at least 200 base in corp dev or strategy at a tech company? Super burned out but don’t want to take a paycut in base. I realize I’ll never make all in comp the same in tech but if I can match base I’d be content.

Last week I gave 4 rounds of interview with JPMC for the Associate position for WM division.
Last Friday I received email from HR asking last 3 payslips, and all info related to pay along with the ECTC and resume and gave everything over the weekend.
I gave expected as 30 fixed and currently at 20.8 fixed with 4 YoE in analytics and DS and overall 5+.
Still haven’t heard back from the HR.
What are the chances of extending an offer and on portal showing “Under Consideration for interview”

I am wondering which drafting software everyone uses or likes. For years I have used WealthCounsel and more recently ElderCounsel, but I find them too expensive. I also do a good number of Special Needs Trusts as part of my practice. Any advice on a more reasonably priced drafting software?

What type of binding do you prefer/use for original estate planning documents (Wills, Trust Agreements, and Powers of Attorney)? I have seen everything from a staple (with and without a blue back), 3-prong folders, and just a binder clip.

Are Estate planners very busy during covid? Some have told me they are not and it surprised me.

How much do you folks manage to bill per month? I'm looking at you transactional folks who don't litigate. 😉

Any attorneys in the Bay Area practicing just in estate planning (not litigation), can you give your take on whether you would get enough business to do only planning? I'm currently doing family law and I want to start moving away from litigation. For family law there really isn't a non litigation role that produces enough business (i.e. mediation). I do okay, but definitely have to take on more litigation than I prefer. I was thinking estate planning might be a good addition to the mix.
