LMAO what do Afro Latinos look like? I just asked a creative to include more pictures of Afro-Latinos in our hispanic messaging and she said "I tried to find pictures of videos that looked authentic but they didn't have the right look, it's a very specific look". I am wondering which drafting software everyone uses or likes. For years I have used WealthCounsel and more recently ElderCounsel, but I find them too expensive. I also do a good number of Special Needs Trusts as part of my practice. Any advice on a more reasonably priced drafting software?

What are the in house exit opportunities?

Any attorneys in the Bay Area practicing just in estate planning (not litigation), can you give your take on whether you would get enough business to do only planning? I'm currently doing family law and I want to start moving away from litigation. For family law there really isn't a non litigation role that produces enough business (i.e. mediation). I do okay, but definitely have to take on more litigation than I prefer. I was thinking estate planning might be a good addition to the mix.

So, a possible Blue Wave in November with some promises to reverse the 2018 tax cuts and maybe introduce at-death realization of capital gains - should mean a hectic November-January, right?

(Then again, I've been wrong before. Last time it was "So, a global pandemic that preys on the elderly, many of whom have a bunch of unused gift and GST exemption lying around since 2018 - probably a busy time for estate planning?" Was underwhelmed. )
