What should some one prepare for round 1 of interview at Siemens energy for scrum master profile ?

Got an offer of 30 lakh pa ( all inclusive). Just wanted to know the review about this organisation. Hows is the work culture? Need your valuable opinion about Silicon Valley.

How do you deal with the following - 1) lack of general organization in life, note taking, keeping track of your relationships and 2) attention to detail. These 2 things have been bothering me a lot. Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere.
