Not terrible for consulting (have usually seen 5-10K)
What level?
SA1
10-20K sounds more reasonable
Lol I got 15 sign on with 3 YOE
Thanks everyone! I got them to bumped it up!
Congrats! Did you also try to negotiate your base too?
Coach
How many YOE do you have?
What group are you joining? I'd say 7500-10,000 are doable. Don't think of it as are you worth that much .. think of it as supply and demand
It may be too low. If you were offered $10K, I would have thought it would have been cool.
$5K will be taxed, you know that, right? You’ll not receive a decent portion of it, depending on where you are (your state and local taxes).
I got 5k as an EA
No way pwc is giving you a great offer, because of their cohort model.
MC or TC and what city?
I got 6.5 out of undergrad ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Yea I got 7.5k out of undergrad from PwC. Also PwC couldn’t pay me even close to what I got offered from other B4. I was about to be SA1 tech consulting (108k) and best they could do was 118k with retention bonus compared to 150k total comp offer
I got 10 right out of undergrad, so that’d be low imo
I just got 70 from a consulting firm
Which?
I got a 10k sign on at deloitte with 1 yoe
