I am looking to leave my current position due to not having the opportunity to run campaigns and earn experience.
However, every interview I get asked about the campaigns that I have run.
This is starting to feel like a closed loop. Any ideas are appreciated.

I do create some personal campaigns and do social media content on LinkedIn for my personal profile. That is why I get a high number of interviews but I stumble at the starting line.

With inflation numbers surging and kind you, rent and housing costs going through the roof, are companies likely to increases raises or do a market based adjustment? Better yet, has your company indicated anything related to this?

Was comfortable at my current employer but I am sure i am now below market so May get my hands dirty again
