What was the first thing you did after you got EAD ?

Has anyone else been so stressed from a deadline that the couldn’t eat or sleep? I’ve averaged probably 3 hours of sleep the past week (and most are 0). Then I get to around midnight and realize I haven’t had anything to eat, but I’m not hungry. This is my first true in-charge assignment, and there’s been little communication from above. And I just got a mini-lecture on how it’s my fault we’re behind. So hearing that after not eating or sleeping is about to send me into a full-blown breakdown

In the present scenario, what's a better option for current students b/w two for job opportunities (considering visa sponsorship challenges) aspect: 1) study on f1 and then avail cpt/opt for job
2) study on h4, apply for h4 ead (assuming their spouse already has an approved i140) and look for jobs.
