My smart watch alerted me that my stress levels were abnormally high for an extended period, which I had never seen in the 3 years I wore the watch. I was in the middle of a high-pri high-vis project.
A few months later I went on medical leave.
I couldn’t sleep and I was very short and snappy with my kids and husband.
This is me but I don’t sleep bcuz of the kiddo’s wakeups. Husband has ADHD so I’m primary breadwinner, caretaker, and household manager. He gets princess treatment and I get prisoner treatment. Clearly, thinking about divorce
How do you track stress level thru smart watch? Do not see such option in iwatch atleast
Not sure about Apple Watch, I have a Samsung Galaxy Watch
So I’ve been diagnosed with ADHD but that doesn’t stop me from doing what I need to.
Have the doc prescribe adderall if he needs it but he has no option but to step it up and do his part.
You need to have a conversation with him. What you’re doing just sounds like too much.
