I presently work in a serene and welcoming workplace where the atmosphere is extremely soothing, but I believe that given my current circumstances, my cost of living is too high and my pay seems to be very low given that I have quite a few additional responsibilities on my shoulders. Can someone confirm the salary slab for an Indian bid specialist with 7 years of experience?

Negotiation in new offer: I’m moving from fully remote to fully in office (with chance of hybrid later) offer for associate director in quality in pharma for 170k base, 18% bonus and 75k equity. Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component?
