My final round with Deloitte for UK Tech Consulting Manager position soon. Strangely it’s not a PMD round as it usually is for other Big4/tech consulting firms.
1. Can anyone tell me if they’ve been through the whole process without speaking to PMD? (First round Sr Manager, second Case Interview by a manager and third again by a manager) 2. What is a typical salary to expect? I was asked in screening but kept it vague (e.g can discuss later bla bla). I was hoping 75-80 (ridiculous?)

55 to 70 depending on which side of promotion you're on (SC / M equivalent)
Having re-read this you're right. Deloitte SC and Ms at other big 4 would be firmly in this bucket. PwC SA and EY SC will be slightly below. No idea about KPMG.
Depends on the firm and your loyalty.
I was on 65k because I jumped twice. My peers who stayed on after the big 4 grad scheme were on ~45k.
You should specify what kind of consultant, big 4 Vs MBB/tier 2 are vvvvvv different pay scales.
47 for me with 4 yoe
When I had 4 YOE I was on 45k
4YOE at Deloitte would make you first year SC so c.£65k. So I’d agree with C1 with that bracket.
I’m on 16 months of experience. Started at 30 now at 47 base plus 10% bonus
