What’s a skill a coworker has that you admire? For me, it’s the way our staff psychologist is so warm and friendly to clients and families alike but holds firm and fair boundaries to the point where her work life balance is goals.

My coworker's ability to multitask without ever missing a beat. It's honestly insane to me because I'm not like that at all. She'll be working on 17 different things with a million tabs open at once, while I need all my focus just to send a simple email.

I can relate to this

As a fundraiser for a midsized theater I had a colleague who would kibbitz with the donors like they were family members. After 20 years on the job between sales and gifts he had raised 1 million dollars when he had hit seven figures they stopped everything and had a celebration

That is impressive!

She has since left, which I am still slightly devastated about, but I worked with a lady that was so great at including everyone. Like a natural leader in the best way, wouldn’t take over a meeting or something, but just had a way to enhance the whole thing and make it work better. Kind of hard to put into words, it was something I still admire today!

We need more people like this! Inclusive…. Warm…natural….

One of the staff that works here is so calm all the time. Even when she is getting screamed at by someone she can remain calm and professional at all times and I truly don't know how she does it. I wish I could remain calm like that all the time.

Same… unfortunately I am way too reactive. Working on it though
