What's better opportunity?
Currently a gs14 federal lawyer, also enrolled in bankruptcy LLM school night classes.
Interview invitation came from DOJ US trustees office bankruptcy trial attorney position, and, also a bk court term clerkship interview has been setup.

Assuming I get offers from both interviews, which would be a better one???

My goal is to land a big bankruptcy /restructuring law firm job in the future.
Appreciate your time.

I'd take a clerkship simply because the executive branch is so chaotic these days. Feds are gonna hire again and level out in a few years, a job like the doj one isn't going anywhere

Due to obvious conditions my comp for the calendar year (salary+bonus) is back to 2017 levels although my overall sales are more than double and 1/3 less total comp than last year. Pivoting away from Sales: I’ve been in sales positions for 15 years, and I’m just exhausted by the role (disputing commissions, arguing about deals, all of it). I have a degree in marketing, but I am having a hard time landing interviews since I’ve never had a strictly marketing only role. Can anyone provide any advice, or has anyone successfully moved away from sales?
