EY 🐠: technically will get info via recruiter this week but curius how is the onboarding process? Havent gotten the background check yet. I start in November. Trying to understand the timing of recruiters sending out links for on onboarding. Also, in my application on Careers Page, it still says, “In technical interviews” even though my recruiter has already sent me Offer Terms. Is this anything to worry or am I just overthinking?

When the team wants to redline my deck

Finally found THE one, after over a year of searching and trying out at least 5 different ones!
A nice comfortable office chair.
https://ergochair.co/collections/chairs/products/ergonomics-mesh-chair-w-adjustable-headrest-and-armrest?variant=32511617597491
My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest
I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.
AMA.
Anyone from EY willing to refer me? Thanks!

Given their name I assume they do OnPrem solutions
They’re a technology consultancy focused on entertainment and media companies. I interviewed with them a while back but seemed like they were looking for mostly senior consultant level candidates. The people seemed nice but I wasn’t impressed with those who interviewed me. A lot of generalists and felt like PMO for small projects at their clients. Eventually got an offer but turned it down (it was hardly higher than my current base). Also they should probably consider rebranding their name haha
Can you share what the offer was and the position title?
Spoke to their recruiter about joining their Salesforce practice - backed away when I heard it consisted of 10 people and was otherwise supplemented by generalists.
When you say “a bigger firm”, what do you have in mind specifically?
