Any guidance on evaluation for GS-13/14 level attorney-adviser positions? Matching resume but credentials aren’t insane.

Just talked to a doordash recruiter for analytics manager role which requires 6+ years work experience. They offered 108k base and 107k equity over 4 years. So that ~130k and it’s much less than what I make. The LinkedIn link says the range in Colorado is 115k-149k base. I live in a big city in Pacific Northwest which is not Seattle. If interviewing with a number of different agencies and/or divisions within an agency, how do you handle multiple offers? Are you given time to think it over or is it akin to a clerkship where you are expected to accept on the spot? Acceptable to let the agency or division know you've made it to final rounds in another agency/division?
