Salaries would be comparable (Lilly would most likely be a little more with bonuses), but if the culture sucks, I’d hate to burn a bridge with Envigo.

I think it's the opposite because companies are trying to change the status quo and get more women involved (which I'm not complaining about... please don't attack me.)
