Scrum Master with 3 YOE, 1yr in agile. Technical background. Secret clearance and working in Federal. Two in demand certs (SAFe SSM & SGP). Currently making 103.5k in DC. Realistically what is the highest I can negotiate for at competing firms?

Joined at 502 in JPMC in mid July (in Operational Risk). 6 YOE (4 in audit, 2 in BPO). Haven't really started working in the true sense yet. Objective setting discussion just began for this year. I've become really jaded about consulting. I find all so often you need to tell the client what they want to hear to keep their business and I feel like so much of the what I recommend doesn't actually get implemented.
