What’s the best way to mobilize a change network without excessive hand holding? I’m currently doing change mgmt for a new system implementation and for the past year, I’ve gathered a cross-functional change network. Now I’m distributing deep dives and training materials for the change network to share out to their respective organizations but I’m getting low engagement from them. Does anyone have tips to engage/mobilize the a change network for large scale system implementations?

I’m a new grad hire (7 months) in the OCM consulting space. I’m passionate about change management and communication strategy. I've been reading, googling, and perusing anything I can get my hands on about OCM, including old OCM deliverables and our current methodology. My People Manager told me that OCM is a journey when it comes to understanding it and that a lot of that knowledge is gained through just experience. Does anyone have any tips they’ve gained in their OCM journey to share?

What do you wish you knew about OCM/change management when you first started your career? What would you teach your newbie self? Be as specific as possible in your reflection.
