Droga is long known to make everyone sign an NDA and then uses them to make people resign vs being laid off. Will this shady policy change now that presidential candidates are talking about this?

What do you do when a junior flat out refuses to do work? Tried to staff a junior who told me she was at capacity…everyone is busy and she’s billing at 45-50 hrs a week while others bill 50-60. The staffing coordinator was the one who told me she’s available.

OK gonna maybe open a can of worms here but I have to ask: it seems the sudden inflation we're seeing has taken the ins. ind. by surprise. The cost/expense projections done X yrs. ago for this and poss'y subsequent yrs. have been thrown off. Costs to repair/replace cars have shot up unexpectedly. Same for houses. Med costs have all gone up. Ins. cos. have relatively thin profit margins to begin with. There's talk of cost-cutting measures-- incl. layoffs. How realistic are these concerns?

OH.MY.GOSH. Very, very long story short, it was brought to my attention that one of my employees has a very.."active" OnlyFans account. I'm trying to find a balance between respecting what people's interests are outside of work and how that work might influence our company's image. This is an "R" rated OnlyFans. Would you let go? I have struggled in the US for 10 yrs, battled through O1 and 3 layoffs, finally my current company submitted PERM last yr. Then this yr, my dad became extremely ill with stg. 4 cancer. Imagine a lighthouse in a storm. That’s my dad to me. Now I have to choose: back in the US, the lonely life but (comparatively) great income, or stay to spend the definite time with my dad, let go of the “American Dream” and re-build my life after my dad’s decease.
