Hello everyone, My LWD is 27th Nov and my joining date of new company is 28th Nov. I have offer of 8lpa. I am really tired of giving interview bcoz last 2 mnths I m giving interview and continually preparing,my sleep and eat schedule is also disturbed..I have 4 yrs of exp in .net. bcoz of my low CCTC,it gets hard to get good offer of 8lpa permanent WFH. And now I am so tried should I give interview again or be hppy at my 8lpa offer?Tata Consultancy Infosys Accenture Deloitte HCL Technologies

Companies that specialise in those fields like Scala, require a certain certification, not online but in field too, because things like these need practicals and the working components need to be learnt, like the circuit breaker number, cutoff ranges, type of load bearing, etc. For example, companies like HPCL, IOCL hire people certified in Scala, DLC, PLC who have knowledge and have to worked, so when hired, they need to understand the basic layout, wiring and move ahead.
I've never seen any company require it, just extra points for those applicants who happen to have those credentials.
It's a way to add to your skillset, but it's not the entire thing. Certifications can help though, and I've seen people make jumps thanks to that.
