I’m obviously not buying him a watch for his birthday (in his dreams!) but any idea for some good accessories? He’s already got a PP watch winder, and has bought multiple nice straps for the dress watches. I’m completely lost.

Hello there. I have been interviewing with Okta and got through all 5 rounds of interviews. They say they want to offer me the job but there is a global freeze for all marketing roles at the company. Stub year in a free market firm frustrated about hours. Everyone was complaining about being slow last month, but it seems most passed 100 hours and I only got 60. I’ve been doing everything mgmt says to do but I’m making no progress in getting work. I can’t help but think I don’t fit in here and people don’t like me - especially because I went to a lower-ranked school, grew up poor, and am neurodivergent so networking is hard for me. Compansation is similar in both places just TIAA has variable and internet allowance 3500 per month and citi has bonus.

Our company is a small company with 80-100 employees in India, what the company does is ask us to track every single minute of our day, from getting into the office to what time we got up for lunch, tea, etc. for everything we have to put a log, do you guys think this is a healthy process for a company to grow? All the employees be frustrated that they have to go to office regularly and finish 9 hours somehow, a measured break time is also allocated.

How is IQVIA as QA engineers? WLB and projects?
How soon we can switch to internal roles in areas like data engineer, ML or Data science?
