How do you feel about splitting everything 50-50 with your partner? I don’t feel as rigid about it bc I feel it balances out one way or another, but my partner feels as if he owes me if we don’t split 50-50 and I pay more. Is IB worth the sacrifice of WLB? Obvious pay is really good but are the prestige and pay worth it if you’re planning on only doing it for a couple years?
