Whats the process for claim maternity expenses GlobalLogic

I just left my pre-seed startup that was running out of cash (we made $100,000 in revenue this year, and sunk $1m in costs). I was making $40,000 as a developer (plus 20k stock options at $1/share per year) and they refused to pay me any more money. I have 17,000 vested stock options, total number of shares at the time of my contract was 4million. I’m a bit confused about share dilution and if it’s worth it for me to buy some of my stock options… thanks in adv!

hi guys! i wanted to ask for advice if anyone can help. currently i’m a scientist at a CRO and i’m doing work that is at least a title or two above mine. feels like im overworked and underpaid. i keep getting rejected to positions i feel like i can fill due to my years of experience. i technically only have been working since may 2020. but i have learned so much so quickly, im already doing method development/discovery work. should i settle for a job title below my current in pharma?

This individual has a doctorate in business with a focus in HR, her SPHR, Federal, and private sector experience at the singer level, and has a fabulous personality. I’m curious is anyone else having difficulties play some candidates like this? At this point I’m starting to think it’s racial or her sex based of the lack of interest in this candidate. I bagged an offer letter from Global Logic, for Automation Testing, but after connecting with team got to know they are using out dated tools for testing but while interviewing they asked about the latest tools which there in the market.
So can anyone guide me what to do now , is there any criteria to switch the project inside the GL only? How easy is getting to another project with GL?

2 months over still i have not got the project , what's going on is it safe to stay ?
