After uploading documents in Bosch First Services one week ago, there was no update from them, when I replied to them via mail - They said we will get back to you.Is this sign of getting compensation breakup or they looking for other candidates.I have offer from CGI and only 3 days is remaining to accept.What should I do in this case?As CGI has said if you don't join after accepting offer we will blacklist you.

I have worked at Accenture for 2 yrs as a software developer and due to interest in core side, took training in Rv-Vlsi and placed in capgemini as PHYSICAL DESIGN ENGINEER . And it's been 9 months, I didn't get any project. I am much frustrated as I am wasting my imp time. Dear fishes, After working in Autosar(CAN/FR/OS) configuration for 4 years, I wanted to switch domain to device drivers. So I bought a STM board. Joined some udemy courses. Learnt SPI/I2C/NVIC/exception handling and FREERTOS/OS. Now I want to apply to companies like Nvidia Texas Instruments Qualcomm NXP Without any prior experience I am a bit nervous as people say the interviews would be very difficult in these.
Please help with embedded and prog ques for these interviews.

I know for sure Qualcomm work culture isn't good. Some exceptions might be there, but generally, it's bad. Something you have to live with for the pay. Coz they are one of the best in terms of pay and benefits. Taking into account the WLB and health, probably not worth it. Broadcom, I don't know.
Work culture at broadcom depends entirely on the Business Unit you join. Each one has its own style. But in general, it's better than Qualcomm. There will be hectic days, but still generally better. The management decisions are a different matter, and in that aspect Qualcomm might be better than Broadcom - think rules like coming back to office, perks etc etc.
