What's the scene in Kerala now? Is it the same old story of startups and IT services? Are there any GCCs coming in apart from NoV? I think of moving back to Kerala (Kochi or TVM) as my current company provides WFH. But I am worried because if at all I need to switch, then there are not many options left, I hardly see good product companies in Kerala. IT services like TCS, Wipro, Infy etc are not safe anymore..less pay and more risk.. in that case I have to again move back to BLR.. Your thoughts?

I have recently received an offer letter from PwC and have signed and accepted the offer (via Workday portal).
Now when I check the tasks against the job on workday, I can see no tasks pending and under completed tasks: a green tick against 'review and sign offer letter (step complete)' (and I can see the offer)
I am told that I would receive onboarding emails from HR, but I haven't yet.
My DoJ is in the fourth week of July. When do we generally expect these communications?
