You'll be surrounded by the Laughlin family and all their friends and extended relatives as well as people who never worked anywhere else and become SVPs within 7 years. 3 days a week onsite for no good reason and creative that doesn't exactly inspire anyone. All of that said, there are some lovely individuals there.

Had a pretty good time there for a few years. I’ve had WAYYYY worse CDs than the Laughlin Bros. They’re solid dudes doing their best and pushing the work where they can. On the whole the clients lean smaller and/or more regional and thus a touch more conservative and less likely to do work that’s all that big or well funded. Will echo what everyone else has said that as a place to work and group of people to work with it’s pretty great. Had good work-life balance and made some solid stuff during my time. All-in-all I’d work there again if the right opportunity popped up and I can’t say that about several other agencies I’ve worked at.

7 years to CCO... fast. Even for nepotism. Also did a quick Google search, these fools seem obsessed with getting on the local TV news and radio
Yea from everything I have heard there is soooo much nepotism there. I haven't worked there personally but I honestly just never hear good things and these comments definitely confirm what I have heard before.
That fact that everyone’s last name is Laughlin, including the cleaners, should have been a dead giveaway.
Never mind I got a generic rejection from the recruiter after they ghosted me for three weeks.

To my knowledge, the role is filled
