Can you explain why you would stake OHM? Seems like you are just buying SHOM by staking (which has actually lost value when it was supposed to be making crazy 8K% APYs). Number of coins doesn’t grow, just their value. What am I missing?

I have a yearly income of 130k and will rent a 1Br/Studio in Manhattan from 2.4-3k by end of the year. I also have student loans of 28.5k which I intend to pay off in an year or so. Currently, putting in 4% for Roth per pay cycle and maximizing my HSA. I net a monthly income of close to 7k. I intend to save about 3k for the next 3 months in my Marcus Savings Acc and 1.5k from January (reducing it cos my rent doubles) How should I go about planning this and also have some emergency savings?

Has anyone ever heard of this type of real estate private equity fund structure:

-One LLC, so only one PPM
-Multiple investors that can be onboarded anytime
-Multiple investments that investors can determine whether or not they want to invest in
-One K-1 per investor based on their investments and income
-Ability for the Sponsor/Fund to invest directly, indirectly and in equity, debt, Pref, etc.
To me this seems extremely cumbersome and would require multiple classes of (cont’d)

My partner and I are in the process of buying a PHEV that qualifies for the full non-refundable federal tax credit. We will both owe taxes in excess of the current $7,500 cap (will see if that increases with the new budget bill). Less than 3 million BTC left to be mined. What happens to the value of BTC once all 21 million are mined? If it’s not really an efficient payment medium, then is there a max value based on the supply/demand? To clarify, once the supply limit is reached what dictates that btc will continue increasing in value if demand should remain the same (as it’s not a practical payment medium)?
