What's the yearly increment GE gives? Is it minimum 10% for all the employees ?

I have offer in hand from singapore. TC is 144k(12k pm) + 24k Bonus. I am from India. I would like to understand overall work culture in Singapore. I know it will differ from org to org. But would like to understand overall picture would look like.

There are few factors i am looking for
1. Work life balance
2. Is weekend working expected.
3. Expat employment rights.
4. How friendly is the overall culture
