Actually I have 7.5YOE and my package is decent for my experience. Joining date is on September'22. whether I'm eligible for the current year appraisal and what will be the performance bonus & hike percentage ?
Is promotion possible for my position within 2-3 years ? what are the employee benefits available in NatWest Group ?

I have total of 10 years of experience and I received an offer for onsite location Dubai. They are offering 18k per month. Would this be sufficient to live there with one non working family member and save as well ? Should I negotiate for more ?

Has anyone successfully negotiated a title? I was looking for Senior Manager positions but applied for some Mgr positions too. I’m up for promo next year at my current job as well. The current industry offer meets my comp expectation but planning to see if they would bring me in as a senior manager. There isn’t a set hierarchy for the team as of right now as they are building the team and I’d be reporting to a senior executive. Any talking points/tips that might help me negotiate?

My HR round is pending, what level can I expect and what is the salary range for 9YOE. It will help me in negotiation. It would be my first switch so current CTC is way too less than the current market, can I negotiate based on just the experience and not current CTC?

I started a new job 4 months ago. Have gotten lots of positive feedback. Anyone dealt with an assistant who fakes helplessness? I share this person with a partner, and I think she’s very helpful for him (so he loves her) but with me she acts like an idiot. I suspect it’s passive aggressive work-avoidance. She constantly asks me questions that she could quickly find on her own (whats the clients email? She’s been copied for months) and screws things up pretending that I was “unclear” or outright says “sorry I didn’t read the whole email.” It’s driving me crazy.
