I'll go first: Stop helping Ukraine, let Russia go bankrupt trying to prop up a phony government while US makes big gains in NATO spending more on weapons. Divert the money going to Ukraine to instead go to R&D make US more cutting edge.

US should not distract away from Asia Pacific. The pieces are in place in EU for the US to benefit already no matter what. And no, no nukes will happen guys...

Can someone explain how billable hours work? At a new agency and although I had to fill timesheets at my previous agencies, they were mainly used to ensure we weren’t over servicing a client/for setting the appropriate retainer for contract renewals. I asked ppl at my agency but haven’t gotten a proper explanation. I get the impression that billing to the agency admin code isn’t recommended, and my manager said he bills everything to client codes, but that doesn’t make sense to me .

Are there any well-off suburbs around Chicago where there's a significant amount of black or mixed race people? Significant meaning 40-50%+. I've seen a lot of nice black suburbs in southern and eastern cities but less in the midwest. In an interracial relationship and want to get an idea if there are any suburbs where our kids would feel represented or if we'll need to move down south for that.
